Pipe connection
★Our state-of-the-art pipeline offers a variety of connection methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, utilize a hot melt socket connection or an electrofusion connection for optimal results;
2. For pipes with dn≥75, we recommend a hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for enhanced security;
3. When connecting with metal pipes and accessories, opt for a flange connection or transition pipe connection for a seamless fit.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Ensure the cleanliness of the pipe ends and mark the insertion depth accurately before proceeding.
2. Skillfully scrape off the epidermis to prepare the surface for electrofusion.
3. Carefully sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis for precision.
4. Conduct the electrical welding process, checking for a slight melt ejection from the observation hole as an indicator of successful welding.
5. Allow the system to cool, completing the reliable and efficient electrofusion process.
