Pipe connection
★ Ensure perfect alignment and secure connections by following these meticulous pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Begin with a thorough cleaning of both the pipe socket and fitting to ensure optimal bonding.
2. Precisely measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for accurate fitting.
3. Apply adhesive with care: coat the socket first, then the pipe socket, ensuring an even and adequate layer.
4. Align accurately, push into the marked position in one go, and give a quarter-turn for a secure fit.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket promptly.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the adhesive is fully cured for a strong hold.
★ Adhesive safety measures are vital and must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Only authorized personnel should handle adhesives and cleaning agents, using them as needed.
2. Ensure a flame-free environment at bonding points and maintain excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip workers with gloves for safety; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe's length based on precise measurements and connected fittings' dimensions. Choose fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a clean cut without section deformation. Create a 15°-30° groove for adhesion, maintaining a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear all debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive with acetone-dipped cloth or cotton yarn. Allow the joint to cure undisturbed, factoring in adhesive performance and climate. In winter, extend curing time appropriately.
