1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding.
2. Accurately measure socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply the adhesive meticulously; begin with the socket, then the pipe fitting socket, ensuring even coverage.
4. Align direction carefully, insert fully to the marking, and rotate a quarter turn for secure fitting.
5. Clean excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured for optimal security.
★ Adhering to adhesive safety measures is crucial for safe usage:
1. Only authorized personnel should handle adhesives and cleaning agents.
2. Maintain absence of open flames in bonding areas, ensuring excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; if adhesive contacts eyes, flush thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
Installation Instructions for Optimal Performance
Precision Sawing of Pipes and Grooves:
Determine the saw pipe length meticulously, layer by layer, based on measurements and fitting dimensions. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure cuts are flat, with no section deformation. File socket edges to a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file. Groove length should be at least 3mm, with depth being 1/3-1/2 of pipe wall thickness. Clean debris post-grooving for a perfect finish.
Safeguarding Socket Integrity:
After socket connection, cleanse the adhesive residue with cotton or cloth dampened with a detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing during winter construction to ensure durability.
