Pipe connection
★ Ensure perfection in pipe socket connections by adhering strictly to the following precise procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and the pipe fitting socket to ensure a strong bond.
2. Accurately measure the socket's depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive with care, starting with the socket, then the pipe socket in an even and appropriate manner.
4. Align carefully, insert the pipe to the marked depth, and rotate 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Gently wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring optimal strength.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Ensure adhesives and cleaning agents are used only as needed, restricting access to authorized personnel.
2. Maintain a flame-free bonding zone with excellent ventilation for safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and never use fire to speed up adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and in case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length layer by layer, based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connecting pipe fitting. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for clean cuts with no deformations. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring groove length is at least 3mm with thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris meticulously after grooving.
Socket protection:
After connecting the socket, use cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a bit of detergent like acetone to clear any excess adhesive. Let the joint remain static until fully cured, accounting for adhesive properties and weather conditions. Extend curing time as needed during winter construction.
