Pipe Connection
★ Ensure precision with rigorous adherence to the following pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Ensure a clean, debris-free pipe socket and fitting socket before commencing bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and finishing with the pipe end.
4. Align and insert precisely to the marking, rotating 1/4 turn for secure fitting.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket area.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these essential safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly; restrict access to non-operators.
2. Ensure a flame-free environment at bonding points with ample ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC; refrain from using fire for adhesive curing.
4. Equip personnel with gloves and address accidental adhesive contact with eyes immediately by rinsing thoroughly and seeking medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine saw pipe length layer by layer based on measurements and connected fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure a flat, deformation-free fracture. Create a 15°-30° groove for socket bonding, maintaining a groove length of no less than 3mm and a depth of 1/3-1/2 the wall thickness. Clear debris post-groove completion.
Socket Protection:
After socket assembly, clean excess adhesive with cotton or dry cloth and a suitable detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction for optimal results.
