Pipe connection
★ For optimal performance, adhere to these precise steps for pipe socket connections:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, beginning with the socket and then the pipe end, ensuring a uniform coating.
4. Align carefully, insert to the marked point with a single motion, and rotate by 1/4 turn.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipes to stand until the joint is fully cured, ensuring a strong bond.
★ For the safe use of adhesives, adhere to these critical guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly; restrict usage to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free and well-ventilated environment at the bonding site to ensure safety.
3. Avoid working in temperatures below -10ºC, and do not use open flames to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each fitting. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines, ensuring flat, deformation-free cuts. File the socket end to a 15°-30° groove for optimal adhesive bonding. The groove should be at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 of the wall thickness. Clean away debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with a cotton cloth moistened with detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure based on adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter.
