★ Mark Socket Depth: Begin by marking the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end.
★ Clean Connecting Ends: Ensure the pipe and fitting end faces are thoroughly cleaned. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat Pipes & Fittings: Use a hot melt machine to heat the components. Adhere to the technical parameters specified by the machine.
★ Connect Without Rotation: Once heated, promptly remove and insert the pipe and fittings straight into the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply Joint Cover: Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
