Pipe connection
★ To ensure a secure pipe socket connection, adhere strictly to the following procedural steps:
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket before proceeding with bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth and make a precise marking on the pipe port for accurate alignment.
3. Apply adhesive carefully: first coat the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring an even and adequate coverage.
4. Align the components accurately, insert into the marked portion with a single motion, and rotate by 1/4 turn to secure.
5. After insertion, promptly wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket area.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to safe adhesive usage with the following guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly and restrict their use to trained personnel only.
2. Ensure the bonding area is free from open flames and maintain good ventilation throughout the process.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with protective gloves. In the event of adhesive contact with eyes, flush immediately with ample water and seek medical treatment promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe length precisely layer by layer, based on accurate measurements and dimensions of each connected fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precise work. Ensure flat cuts with no deformation. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove, at least 3mm long, with thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or cloth lightly moistened with detergent like acetone. Allow to sit until the bond cures, adjusting curing time for winter conditions as needed.
