Pipe Connection
★For optimal pipe socket connections, adhere strictly to these procedures:
1. Ensure cleanliness by thoroughly wiping the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Accurately measure socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive methodically—begin with the socket and follow with the pipe port, ensuring an even coating.
4. Precisely align direction, insert to the marking, and rotate 1/4 turn for secure fitment.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket promptly.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimal results.
★Ensure adhesive safety by adhering to these guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, limiting usage to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain a safe environment with no open flames at the bonding site and ensure ample ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to cure adhesive points.
4. Equip construction staff with gloves. In case of accidental eye exposure to adhesive, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connection. Employ fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe machines. Ensure smooth, deformation-free cuts. File socket parts into a 15°-30° groove; length should be no less than 3mm, and thickness one-third to half of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive with acetone-dipped cotton or dry cloth. Allow curing per adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time appropriately for winter conditions.
