Pipe connection
★ After completing the piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat both pipes and fittings to the required parameters, ensuring it meets the technical standards of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, insert them straight and evenly to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, secure the pipe joint cover.
★ Achieve a perfect match, as the pipes and fittings completely melt into a single unit.
