Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters comply with the technical specs of the hot melt machine.
★ Once heated adequately, promptly remove the pipe and fittings; insert the pipe straight without rotating to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Fasten the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Pipes and fittings meld into a single unit, creating a flawless match.
