Pipe connection
★ For optimal pipe socket connections, adhere strictly to the following procedures:
1. Before bonding, thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, first on the socket, then on the pipe, ensuring uniform coverage.
4. Carefully align and insert into the marked section, rotating 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Clean excess adhesive from the socket to maintain neatness.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Ensure adhesive safety by following these essential guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; restrict access to non-operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free, well-ventilated environment at bonding sites.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of adhesive eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on precise measurements and connected fittings. Use appropriate tools like fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines. Ensure flat, deformation-free cuts. File socket sections for gluing into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring groove length is at least 3mm, with thickness 1/3-1/2 of pipe wall thickness. Remove debris post-groove.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton or dry cloth dipped in acetone or similar. Allow to cure based on adhesive properties and climate conditions. Extend curing time for winter construction.
