Pipe connection
★The main connection methods of the pipeline are:
1.When dn≤63, use hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2.When dn≥75, it is advisable to adopt hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection;
3.The connection with metal pipes and pipeline accessories can adopt flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★Electrofusion connection
1.Clean the dirt on the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth. Start by ensuring a clean surface and accurately marking the insertion depth for precise alignment.
2.Scrape its epidermis. Carefully remove the outer layer to prepare the surface for a secure connection.
3.Sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings on the pipe, and keep the pipe straight and on the same axis. Align the fittings and maintain axial alignment for optimal joint integrity.
4.Electrically welded, a little melt should be ejected from the hole to be observed. Observe the ejection of a slight melt as an indicator of successful welding completion.
5.Cooling, electric melting is completed. Allow the joint to cool, signaling the completion of a robust electrofusion bond.
