Pipe Connection
★ Predominant Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. For metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange or transition pipe connections are suitable.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean debris from the pipes to be connected and mark the insertion depth accurately.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface layer for optimal fusion.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, ensuring slight melt ejection is visible for inspection.
5. Allow to cool, signaling the completion of the electrofusion process.
