Pipe connection
★ The main connection methods of the pipeline include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connection is advisable;
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, use flange or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Prior to connection, clean the pipe and mark the insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Carefully scrape off the epidermis to prepare for a secure connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and straightness.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejection from the hole.
5. Complete the process with cooling; electric melting is finished, ensuring a strong bond.
