Pipe Connection
★ The primary methods for connecting these pipelines include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connection methods;
2. For pipes with dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. When connecting to metal pipes and accessories, opt for flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Procedure
1. Begin by cleaning any debris from the pipes to be connected and mark the required insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Align and fit the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring straightness and proper axial alignment.
4. Proceed with the electric welding process, allowing a slight melt to be visible from the observation hole.
5. Allow the joint to cool, completing the electrofusion process for a secure connection.
