Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, either hot melt socket or electrofusion connections are suitable.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. Connect with metal pipes and accessories using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Clean and mark the insertion depth of the pipes to be connected.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Attach the electrofusion fittings, ensuring the pipes remain aligned and straight.
4. Proceed with welding, observing a slight ejection of melt as an indicator.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
