Pipe connection
★ The primary connection methods for our pipelines include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for a hot melt socket or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, it is advisable to use a hot melt butt or electrofusion connection;
3. Connections with metal pipes and accessories can be achieved using a flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the designated pipe area and marking the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Align the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring both pipes remain straight and on the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, ensuring a small melt appears from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electrofusion process.
