Pipe Connection
★Main Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection for optimal results.
2. For dn≥75, the preferred method is hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection, ensuring durable linkage.
3. Connect with metal pipes and pipeline accessories using flange connection or transition pipe connection for seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe's surface and mark the desired insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare for a secure connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment is straight and on the same axis.
4. Conduct the welding process, observing for a slight melt ejection as confirmation of proper fusion.
5. Allow to cool, marking the successful completion of the electric melting process.
