Pipe connection
★ The pipeline offers several main connection methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection, guaranteeing secure installations.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, it is recommended to employ hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for optimal results.
3. When connecting to metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange connection or transition pipe connection is advisable for seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the dirt from the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis to prepare the surface for a strong bond.
3. Slip the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis for proper connectivity.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for a slight melt ejection from the hole, indicating successful fusion.
5. Allow for cooling to complete the electric melting process, ensuring a secure and long-lasting connection.
