Pipe connection
★ Adhere to the following meticulous procedures for optimal pipe socket connections:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying any bonding agents.
2. Accurately measure the depth of the socket and distinctly mark the pipe port for precision fitting.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly: coat the socket first, followed by the pipe socket, ensuring an even and appropriate layer.
4. Align carefully, insert into the marked section with a single motion, and gently rotate by 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from within the socket to maintain a clean bond.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface has fully cured for maximum durability.
★ Ensure safe adhesive use by following these important guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents sparingly and only permit qualified operators to handle them.
2. Maintain excellent ventilation and ensure no open flames are present near the bonding area.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and never use fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; if adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Precisely determine saw pipe lengths based on site measurements and the dimensions of each pipe fitting. Employ tools like fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean, deformation-free cuts. Chamfer the socket with a 15°-30° angle using a medium board file; ensure a groove length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. After grooving, meticulously clear all debris.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean the extruded adhesive with a cloth dipped in a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the assembly to remain static until fully cured, adjusting the curing time for winter conditions as necessary.
