Pipe Connection
★ Main Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are highly recommended.
3. To connect with metal pipes and accessories, utilize flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Procedure
1. Thoroughly clean the pipes to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring that the pipe remains straight and aligned.
4. Electrically weld and observe for a slight ejection of melt from the hole.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electric melting process.
