Pipe connection
★ Main connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection process:
1. Clean the pipe surface and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the pipe's outer layer.
3. Slip the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment.
4. Electrically weld until a small amount of melt is visible.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
