Product Application Range

Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, use flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean the pipe surfaces to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Insert the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring they remain straight and aligned.
4. Perform the electrical welding, observing for a slight ejection of melt from the observation hole.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
