Pipe Connection
★ Pipeline Connection Methods: Ensuring robust and reliable connections for various pipe dimensions and applications.
1. For dn≤63: Employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75: Hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories: Use either flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean the dirt from the pipes to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape off the pipe's outer layer.
3. Insert the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and straightness.
4. Perform electric welding until a slight melt is observed from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electrofusion process, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.
