Pipe connection
★ Primary pipeline connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. Connections with metal pipes and fittings can be achieved through flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Clean the pipe's surface and mark the required insertion depth.
2. Scrape off the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Fit the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and axial straightness.
4. Perform the electrical welding, ensuring a slight melt is visible from the observation hole.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
