Pipe Connection
★ Key Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Procedure
1. Clean the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape off the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion fitting onto the pipe, ensuring alignment on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electric welding, allowing a small amount of melt to appear at the observation hole.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
