Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. When connecting with metal pipes and accessories, flange or transition pipe connections are suitable.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the surface layer.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejection from the hole.
5. Allow for cooling to complete the electrofusion process.
