Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For pipelines with dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For pipelines with dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections.
3. Connect to metal pipes and accessories using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean the pipe surfaces and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the pipe's surface layer.
3. Insert the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment.
4. Weld electrically until a small amount of melt is observed at the inspection hole.
5. Allow the joint to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
