Pipe Connection
★Ensure proper pipe socket connections by following these meticulous procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket to ensure a strong bond.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth to prepare for precise bonding.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket and moving to the fitting, ensuring even coverage.
4. Carefully align the direction and insert into the marked part in one smooth motion, rotating 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is completely cured, ensuring durability.
★Adhere to these safety guidelines for adhesive use to ensure a secure and safe installation:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, limiting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding points, prioritizing good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction when temperatures are below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In the event of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Each saw pipe's length should be meticulously determined based on measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Select tools like fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure the cut is flat with no deformation. Create a 15°-30° groove where necessary, with lengths no less than 3mm and depths between 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clean debris after grooving for optimal results.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with mild detergents like acetone. Allow the interface to cure statically, adjusted for adhesive performance and climate conditions. Prolong curing times during winter for optimal results.
