Pipe Connection

★ Prepare the pipes and fittings by cleaning their connecting end faces thoroughly. Insert the pipe snugly into the pipe joint cover.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to the appropriate temperature, adhering to the technical parameters set by the equipment.
★ Once heated, promptly remove and align the pipe and fittings, and insert directly to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Complete the process by securing the pipe joint cover post-welding.
