Pipe connection
★ Ensure proper pipe socket connection by strictly adhering to the following procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before beginning the bonding process.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive thoughtfully, beginning with the socket, ensuring an even and adequate coating on both surfaces.
4. Precisely align and insert the pipe into the marking position in one motion, gently rotating it a quarter turn to secure.
5. Carefully remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface fully cures, ensuring a secure connection.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for the responsible use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain safety by ensuring no open flames are present and ventilation is adequate at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC, and do not use open flames to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and flush with ample water if adhesive contacts the eyes, seeking medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and dimensions of connected fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines for accuracy. Ensure a smooth, undistorted cut, and file the socket part into a 15°-30° groove. Groove should be at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris post-groove.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse excess adhesive with cotton or dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent, like acetone. Allow the joint to cure in a static state, considering adhesive properties and climate. Extend curing time for winter construction.
