Pipe connection
★ For optimal results, pipe socket connections should be executed meticulously as per the following guidelines:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are clean before proceeding with bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe fitting socket.
4. Align correctly, insert to the marked depth, and rotate 1/4 turn for secure fitting.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean joint.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface fully cures.
★ Adhere to the following safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents sensibly and restrict access to non-operators.
2. Maintain good ventilation, and avoid open flames near the bonding site.
3. Refrain from construction below -10ºC and avoid using fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Wear gloves during construction. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and connected pipe fitting dimensions. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for accurate cuts. Ensure smooth, deformation-free cuts, and file the socket part into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. The groove should be at least 3mm long and 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean the extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with acetone. Allow the joint to cure statically, adjusting the curing time for winter conditions as needed.
