Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of the pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once heating time is reached, promptly remove and insert the pipe and fittings evenly to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ The pipes and fittings seamlessly melt into one, creating a perfect match for a flawless connection.
