Pipe connection
★ The pipeline's main connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
3. Flange or transition pipe connections are suitable for connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories.
★ Electrofusion connection process:
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipes to be joined and mark the necessary insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipes.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejection from the designated hole.
5. Allow cooling for the completion of the electric melting process.
