Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Ensure cleanliness of the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, and insert them to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Pipes and fittings seamlessly melt into one cohesive unit, guaranteeing a perfect match.
