Pipe connection
★ Ensure correct pipe socket connection by adhering to the following detailed procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and the fitting socket.
2. Precisely measure the socket depth and accurately mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive by first painting the socket and then the pipe, ensuring an even and appropriate coating throughout.
4. Carefully align the components, insert to the marked position in a single motion, and rotate 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket area.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is completely cured.
★ Follow these essential safety guidelines when using adhesives to ensure safe practice:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting access to non-operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site and ensure proper ventilation is present.
3. Avoid constructing in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves, and if adhesive comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length layer by layer using precise measurements and the size of each connecting piece. Select fine tooth saws, cutters, pipe cutting machines, or similar tools. Ensure flat, deformation-free cuts. For glued sockets, create a 15°-30° groove with a medium file. The groove should be at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall thickness. Clear debris before proceeding.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth slightly moistened with detergent like acetone. Remain static until the interface is cured as per adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time for winter construction.
