1. For dn≤63, employ either hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection for optimal performance.
2. When dealing with dn≥75, it is recommended to use hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection to maintain durability.
3. Connections with metal pipes and pipeline accessories can be effectively managed using flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipe intended for connection and marking the necessary insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape off its epidermis to prepare for optimal bonding.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring that it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for a slight melt ejection from the hole as an indication of proper fusion.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electric melting process and ensuring a secure and lasting bond.
