2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port precisely.
3. Apply the adhesive first to the socket, followed by the socket, ensuring an even and adequate coating for best results.
4. Skillfully align and insert the pipe into the marked section in one seamless motion, accompanied by a gentle 1/4 rotation.
5. Carefully clean away any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring robust and reliable connections.
★ Prioritize safety in adhesive application with adherence to these critical guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to trained personnel only.
2. Prohibit open flames near bonding areas and maintain good ventilation to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Avoid construction activities in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction teams with gloves and have safety measures in place. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse with ample water immediately and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
The precise length of the saw pipe is determined incrementally, considering the specific measurements and dimensions of each connected fitting. Choose fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure clean, even cuts without deforming the section. File the socket portion into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, ensuring a groove length of no less than 3mm. The groove depth should be 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness, with thorough debris removal post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or dry cloth with a touch of acetone or similar detergent. Allow it to remain static until fully cured, considering adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction as necessary to ensure reliability.
