Pipe connection
★ Ensure perfect pipe socket connections by adhering to these meticulous steps:
1. Clean the pipe and fitting sockets thoroughly before applying bonding agents.
2. Measure and mark the socket depth for precise pipe alignment.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly: coat the socket first, followed by the socket, ensuring an even layer.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marked section, turning it 1/4 turn for secure placement.
5. Remove any leftover adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until fully cured, ensuring a robust interface.
★ Follow these guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed—restrict to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding points, ensuring excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC; do not use fire for adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with ample water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length by layer according to precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Opt for fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a smooth, non-deformed cut. File socket areas to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a length of 3mm or more and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Clean extruded adhesive from sockets using cotton or dry cloth with mild detergent like acetone. Allow static curing per adhesive performance and climate conditions, extending time during winter.
