Pipe Connection
★ For optimal results, adhere strictly to the following pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and the fitting socket before bonding.
2. Measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, first to the socket and then to the pipe, ensuring uniform coverage.
4. Align the direction, insert the pipe into the marked area in one smooth motion, and twist it a quarter turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for safe adhesive use:
1. Only use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, and restrict their use to trained operators.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the length of the saw pipe layer by layer based on measured dimensions and the sizes of connected fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines to achieve a clean cut without section deformation. File the socket section into a 15°-30° groove, with a length of no less than 3mm and a thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time appropriately for winter construction.
