Features

Pipe Connection
★ Ensure strict adherence to the following procedures for pipe socket connection:
1. Clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, first to the socket and then to the pipe fitting.
4. Align the direction, insert it to the marked part in one go, and rotate a quarter turn.
5. Wipe off any adhesive residue in the socket.
6. Stand the bonded pipe until the interface cures.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; non-operators should avoid handling them.
2. Ensure no open flames and maintain good ventilation at the bonding point.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC; do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Workers should wear gloves. If adhesive enters the eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on measured dimensions and connected pipe fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure a flat fracture with no deformation in the section. File the socket part to a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
After connecting the socket, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in detergent like acetone. Let it remain static until the interface cures according to adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time for winter construction.
