Pipe connection
★ Ensure proper pipe socket connection by adhering strictly to the following procedures:
1. Clean the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2. Measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the fitting socket.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marked section, rotating 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Follow these guidelines for safe adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners as needed; restrict access to authorized personnel only.
2. Ensure no open flames near bonding sites and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Wear gloves during construction. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length layer by layer based on measurements and connected pipe fitting dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure cuts are flat with no section deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove, typically no less than 3mm in length and 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with a dry cloth or cotton yarn dipped in detergent like acetone. Keep static until adhesive cures as per its performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time for winter construction.
