Product Application Range

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ After reaching the heating time, remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, and insert them straight without rotating to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Put on the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings melt completely into one unit, achieving a perfectly seamless match.
