Pipe connection
★ Post-piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover for a secure fit.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings designated for connection. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the specified heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings. Insert them in a straight line to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, cover the joint with the pipe joint cover for added protection.
★ Achieve a perfect match as the pipes and fittings are seamlessly fused into a single, robust unit.
