Pipe connection
★Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★Heat the pipes and fittings using a hot melt machine, ensuring the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the specific hot melt machine being used.
★Once the heating time is reached, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, inserting them straight and evenly to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★After welding, place the pipe joint cover securely.
★Pipes and fittings meld into one cohesive unit, achieving a truly perfect match.
