Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting ends of pipes and fittings. Then, thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat pipes and fittings with a hot melt machine, ensuring the heating parameters meet the machine's technical requirements.
★ Upon reaching the necessary heating time, simultaneously remove and insert pipes and fittings to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings meld into a single unit, achieving a truly perfect match.
