Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for accurate assembly.
★ Clean the connecting ends of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings with a hot melt machine, ensuring the heating parameters align with the machine's technical requirements.
★ Once heated, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings, inserting directly to the marked depth to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for enhanced durability.
★ Achieve seamless integration as the pipes and fittings are completely melded into one unified structure, ensuring a flawless fit.
