Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters adhere to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ After the heating time elapses, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, and uniformly insert to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint without rotation.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve complete fusion of pipes and fittings, ensuring an impeccable fit.
