Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover seamlessly.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, ensuring the heating parameters meet technical requirements.
★ After reaching the heating time, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Post-welding, affix the pipe joint cover.
★ The pipes and fittings meld into one unified body, achieving a perfect match.
